While the infinix hot 3 that’s soon to be released in Nigeria (already released in Indonesia and Kenya) is what’s trending in the hears of most infinix fans, the brand has launched a software update to the Zero 2 x509 phone running Android Lollipop with XUI.
After months of complaints, infinix mobile released the final XUI android lollipop update for the Zero 2 in January. Since then, this will be the first minor update the phone will be receiving.
Basically, the update brings about the two usual suspects; bug fixes and improvements.
According to the update description as seen in the image above, the update fixes quite a few issues which includes:
The stability of gallery has been properly optimized in the new update
Drop down switch button of navigation bar in settings have been added
Prompt words issue when backing up data to SD card as been fixed
Other minor issues have also been fixed.

If you’ve rooted the infinix zero 2 before, it is very important that you unroot the phone before installing the new update to avoid bricking.
